Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ge44 ("ge44", "we", "us", "the Platform"). They govern all use of the ge44 website, its mobile browser experience, all games, betting markets, payment services, promotional offers, and any other services accessible through ge44. These Terms apply to all jurisdictions from which ge44 is accessible, including Bangladesh.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on ge44, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ge44 platform. ge44 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. ge44 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where age cannot be satisfactorily verified.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. If you are unsure whether online betting is lawful in your jurisdiction, you must seek independent legal advice before using ge44.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list operated by ge44 or any third-party responsible gambling scheme. Players who have voluntarily excluded themselves and attempt to circumvent the exclusion will have their account permanently closed.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any other person. Third-party betting — placing bets using funds that belong to, or on behalf of, another person — is strictly prohibited.
• ge44 does not permit the use of the platform by persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is the player's responsibility to confirm the legal status of online gambling in their own jurisdiction before registering.

Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on ge44. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device, IP address, or household — is prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. To register, you must provide accurate and complete information. ge44 conducts verification checks on all accounts as part of its KYC obligations.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ge44 username and password. ge44 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• ge44 will never contact you by email, SMS, or telephone to ask for your password. If you receive any communication requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and contact ge44 support immediately.
• ge44 reserves the right to suspend any account pending KYC verification. Documents that may be requested include a national ID card, passport, driving licence, or utility bill. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account closure.
• You must inform ge44 promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. ge44 will investigate all reports of unauthorised access and may temporarily freeze the account during investigation.

ge44 may close or suspend any account at its sole discretion without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other conduct prejudicial to the integrity of the platform.

Deposits & Withdrawals

ge44 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods suited to Bangladesh players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ge44 does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

ge44 reserves the right to reverse any deposit or withhold any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, fraud, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, ge44 may also report the relevant transactions and account details to competent authorities.

Bonuses & Promotions

ge44 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is made. By accepting a bonus, you agree to the associated terms. ge44 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time.

• Bonuses may only be used in accordance with the specific wagering requirements stated for each promotion. Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• ge44 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has abused the promotional system, including by creating multiple accounts or engaging in bonus exploitation strategies.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses through different accounts is considered bonus abuse.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash directly.
• ge44 reserves the right to expire any unclaimed or unused bonus after the validity period stated in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on ge44 are subject to the following general betting rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules may apply in addition to these general rules and will be made available within the relevant section of the ge44 platform. In the event of any conflict between general betting rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules will prevail.

• All bets are final once confirmed. ge44 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet once it has been placed and accepted by the system, except where ge44 determines a manifest error has occurred (see below).
• ge44 reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds (including odds resulting from a technical error, data feed error, or human keying error). Players who knowingly exploit incorrect odds may have their accounts suspended and any winnings voided.
• ge44 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular betting market. Markets may be suspended or removed at any time for operational, legal, or risk-management reasons. Outstanding bets on suspended or removed markets will be settled in accordance with ge44's prevailing settlement rules.
• In the event of an event being abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with ge44's event-specific settlement rules. For cricket, if a match is officially reduced in overs due to weather or other external factors and a result is declared under Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method, ge44 will settle bets on the officially declared result.
• Maximum win limits apply to all markets. ge44 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake and/or maximum payout on any market at any time. Players who consistently place large volumes of winning bets may have their accounts reviewed or staking limits applied.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on ge44 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities.

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, access the platform, scrape data, or otherwise interact with ge44 systems in a manner not permitted for human users.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of collusion with players, officials, or other parties to influence the outcome of any event on which bets are offered at ge44.
• Using the ge44 platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using ge44 transactions to obscure the origin of funds.
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors in games or betting markets to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from knowingly exploiting a bug will be voided.
• Allowing or facilitating any other person — including a minor — to access or use your ge44 account. Account sharing is prohibited. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out under your account credentials.

Responsible Gaming

ge44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools and information to help players stay in control of their gambling activity. Gambling at ge44 is intended to be a form of entertainment; it should never be treated as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their ge44 account at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Time-out: Players may request a short-term time-out of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which their account will be suspended and no deposits or bets will be accepted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ge44 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or any failure of third-party payment providers. ge44 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ge44's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by ge44's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. ge44's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments to These Terms

ge44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ge44 will endeavour to notify registered players via email or a platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the ge44 platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting ge44 support.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial law. ge44 operates as an entertainment platform and complies with applicable legal obligations in the jurisdictions from which it accepts players. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of ge44 complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
